Our only business is fixing Sony laptop computers that exhibit specific symptoms.

The repair costs $150, but there is no charge if we don't fix your machine.

We apply known fixes for particular symptoms. In the next few pages, we will ask you some questions that will help us determine if your Vaio is a candidate for one of our repairs.

Please understand that we do not have the resources to answer e-mail questions or individually diagnose problems. If your machine exhibits any of the four known syndromes below, we are 95% confident that our quick fix will solve the problem. If it doesn't, we probably can't.

Click one of the below depending on what model you have, and what happens when you turn on the power?:

• Any model. Nothing. No lights, no sounds.
• Any model. It starts and runs okay, but after a while quits.
• F150-F360 Boots up to the Windows splash screen but immediately shuts down.
• GRV/GRX/GRZ Green power light comes on and stays on, and yellow HDD light flickers and goes out.

If you have any other model, or you get any other symptoms, such as all the lights flashing once and going out, we're sorry, but we can't fix your machine.
